Our tech Pete was on time and diligent about the job. He took care to check everything and clean up after his job. He went as far as checking our gas pressure which turned out to be incorrect and was here when the gas company came to fix the regulator on the gas tanks. Awesome job!!

Communication was excellent. I received a call that the technician was running late but would still arrive in the designated timeframe. Shortly after that, Hector called me and said he would be there shortly. The job was done professionally with no mess. Hector pointed out that I had some cracked bricks in my insert and was able to replace them in the same visit and even suggested a way to save money in the future if other bricks crack. I would not hesitate to have them clean my insert flue again.
